You’ll feel supported, encouraged, and never alone as we work through it together.

Whether you’re hoping to stay in the room, prefer a gentle approach, or need to move fast because you're at your wit's end, we’ll build a plan that feels right for you. I’ll take into account your child’s age, temperament, your parenting style, and what’s worked (or not worked) before.

My job isn’t just to get your child to sleep — it’s to make sure you feel confident and supported while it happens. I’m here to answer questions, make adjustments, and celebrate the wins (big and small) with you. Sleep is a big piece of the puzzle, but so is your peace of mind.
