This plan is tailored for kids from newborn to 5 years old, and it’s flexible enough to meet your family’s unique needs:
Got a newborn? I’ll help you lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits early on.
Have an older baby who’s ready to start sleeping through the night? We’ll create a plan that feels good for both of you.
If your toddler is still in the crib and needs you there to fall asleep, we’ll work on building those independent sleep skills.
For preschoolers who need you next to them to fall asleep or keep coming into your bed at night, we’ll tackle that too.
Over the course of two weeks, you’ll get a completely personalized sleep plan plus daily support from me as we work together. I’ll check in with you every day, help troubleshoot as needed, and cheer you on every step of the way. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.
